Volunteer at Cali

Here is the current info on Fingerprints and Background Checks that are required by the district to volunteer in classrooms and go on field trips.  We LOVE (and need) families to support our classes on field trips especially. You must have both fingerprints and background checks. The time to have all this cleared and returned to the school can be 4 weeks or longer. Once you are cleared you are good for all the years you have a child in Windsor Unified School District.

Option 1: SCOE:

By appointment only, they are not taking walk-ins, and the current wait time is about two weeks. 

DOJ & FBI fee = $47

SCOE Rolling Fee: $15 (They offer 1/2 off to parent/guardian volunteers within our district, it's normally $30)

Total fee: $62

SCOE accepts Visa, MC, AMEX and Checks for payment. Please contact the Fingerprint Technician at (707) 524-2812 to make an appointment. 

Option2: Sonoma ProScan Livescan

Rolling Fee: $35

DOJ/FBI Fee: $47

Total Fee: $82
